Rupali (Behl) Bhagat

Rupali is a senior lecturer, academic researcher and advisor.  She has 20+ years of work experience in India, Kuwait and Australia. She holds Masters in Economics, PGDBA in HR (MBA), Post Graduate in AI & Machine Learning and Post Graduate in Journalism and Mass communication. She worked in the industry for 8 years in India and Kuwait before joining the higher education sector in Kuwait in 2014. She teaches business courses including HR, Communication and Economics. She has delivered HR and leadership trainings in Kuwait and India in the past decade.

As she has taken a year break to work on her doctorate, she continues to contribute to academic research. Her current research interest includes Artificial intelligence in Higher education, Digitalization of Education, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Adoption of AI and technology in Human resource management.
