Gurjinder Singh has completed his Ph.D. in the research area of synthesis, characterization and electronic properties of metal oxide semiconductor nanoparticles. He is serving as Associate Professor in the department of Electrical and Electronics & Communication Engineering at DIT University, Dehradun. His research work highlights chemical and green synthesis of metal oxide semiconductor nanoparticles for photoluminescence, photocatalytic, bioremedial and sensing applications. His current research work relates to the properties of metal oxide semiconductor nanoparticles i.e. dye degradation for environmental remediation. And electrical conductivity and light absorption for optoelectronic devices.
