Green Chemistry 2025

Wei Zhang speaker at International Conference on Green Chemistry
Wei Zhang

University of Massachusetts Boston, USA

Abstract:

This presentation highlights the research of our lab on the development green synthetic techniques including one-pot and multicomponent reactions to maximize reaction efficiency and increase product diversity; recyclable organocatalyst-promoted cascade reactions for asymmetric fluorination, Michael addition, Mannich reaction, Robinson annulation for the synthesis of drug-like molecules. Screening of the compounds for druggable targets such bromodomains, kinases, RORgt, and HIV-1 will be discussed.
