Deen Mark G Toroy is a graduate of Biology and Doctor of Medicine from West Visayas State University. He had his Post Graduate Internship Training at the Philippine General Hospital – University of the Philippines. He is an active military officer of the Armed Forces of the Philippines. He completed his Pediatric Residency Training and currently an active Pediatric Consultant at the Armed Forces of the Philippines Medical Center. His current research was created in collaboration with the US Army Medical Component of the Armed Forces Research Institute of the Medical Sciences (USAMC-AFRIMS PH).
