Yifei Zhang

Biography:
Yifei Zhang received his Ph.D. degree at the University of Delaware, DE, US in 2016. He is currently an associate professor and the vice-director of the Center of Nanoelectronics in the School of Integrated Circuits, Shandong University, China. He has published more than 50 international papers and more than 10 patents/patent applications. He is serving as an editorial board member and/or guest editor of two international journals.
