May I receive an invoice for my registration?

Yes, an invoice will be automatically generated upon completion of your registration.

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the conference manager. Cancellations made more than 90 days before the conference start date will be eligible for a full refund, with a deduction of $100 for processing fees.
  • Cancellations made within 90 days of the conference start date are non-refundable but can be transferred to an upcoming event.
  • Registrations are transferable until September 15, 2025, and any transfer requests after this date will not be accommodated.
  • Refunds will be processed in the second week following the completion of the conference.

Note: The Refund/Cancellation Policy does not apply in the case of conference postponement caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond the organizers control, such as natural disasters, force majeure, sabotage, accidents, trade or industrial disputes, terrorism, strikes, or hostilities. In such cases, the organizer will offer registered participants the opportunity to transfer their registration fee and accommodation charges to any future editions or related conferences.
