Healthcare coordination and continuity of care conceptualize all care providers and organizations involved in health care to ensure the right care at the right time. However, systematic evidence synthesis is lacking in the care coordination of health services. This scoping review synthesizes evidence on different levels of care coordination of primary health care (PHC) and primary care.
Ryskulova A.R. Graduated from Karaganda State Medical Institute in 1977. She worked as an assistant, senior teacher, and head teacher of the Department of Food Hygiene from 1978 to 1998. She studied in graduate school at the Kazakh branch of the Institute of Nutrition of the USSR Academy of Medical Sciences and under the guidance of academician Sharmanov T.Sh. successfully defended her Ph.D. dissertation. He is the author of more than 100 scientific papers, 55 works over the past 10 years, published in republican and international rating publications. Member of the Modern Education and Research Institute, Brussels Belgium since 2018.
