Midwifery practice facilitates natural processes with an emphasis on the holistic care of women within the context of their families and communities. Midwives partner with women to provide evidence-based, individualized care (American College of Nurse-Midwives, n.d). The midwife collaborates with appropriate health care professionals and refers the woman and/or newborn to specialists as needed if complications arise beyond the midwife’s scope of practice.

Pursued her Doctorate in Physical therapy from University of Montana, USA, ALPDE from IIML, PhD in Healthcare Management from IICUT, Cambodia. she has 18 yrs of experience in Healthcare Management,She holds 3 world records for her innovative concept of "Comprehensive approach in conservative management of obesity non-surgical" and she is awarded with many national n International awards.She has been a keynote speaker in many national n International conferences n presented her Research papers in many journals and conferences She's President of Health and Fitness Council, WICCI, A.P, India. She has been the Jury member for Stevie awards for four consecutive sessions.She's International member of APTA and Member of ACHE.
