This paper introduces an innovative, non-invasive solution using InsuCal, a wearable ECG technology combined with advanced AI/ML algorithms, to grade glucose levels and recommend insulin doses. By leveraging ECG data from wearable, handheld, or standard 12-lead devices, patients can receive personalized insulin dosing recommendations without the need for pricks or complex calculations. This approach effectively replicates the sliding scale model of short-acting insulin while minimizing patient discomfort and errors. The proposed system could redefine diabetes management, enhancing patient adherence and outcomes.
