You are acknowledging and agreeing the following terms and conditions:
Your registration indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The organizing body reserves the right to modify the program, date, and/or location of the event at its discretion, without prior notice.
The organization cannot be held liable for any loss or damage incurred due to event substitutions, changes, delays, or cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to force majeure, natural disasters, acts of sabotage, accidents, labor disputes, terrorism, strikes, or conflicts.
The organization retains the exclusive right to cancel the conference at any time due to unavoidable or unanticipated circumstances. In such cases, the organization will not assume any additional liability toward the participants.
If the conference is postponed due to circumstances beyond the organizer's control, registrations will remain valid for the rescheduled event or future editions. No refunds will be issued under these conditions.
In the event of a cancellation, the organization will take reasonable steps to make alternative arrangements. This may include posting cancellation notices on the event website to inform registered participants.
It is the responsibility of the attendees to review these terms and conditions prior to the event. We strongly recommend regularly checking the conference website for updates.
The organizers will not be held responsible for any personal injuries or for the loss or damage to attendees' personal belongings during the conference.
1) All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the conference manager. Cancellations made more than 90 days before the conference start date will be eligible for a full refund, with a deduction of $100 for processing fees.
2) Cancellations made within 90 days of the conference start date are non-refundable but can be transferred to an upcoming event.
3) Registrations are transferable until a month before conference date , and any transfer requests after this date will not be accommodated.
4) Refunds will be processed in the second week following the completion of the conference. Once initiated, it will be reflected on the same card within 5-10 business days.
Note: The Refund/Cancellation Policy does not apply in the case of conference postponement caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond the organizers control, such as natural disasters, force majeure, sabotage, accidents, trade or industrial disputes, terrorism, strikes, or hostilities. In such cases, the organizer will offer registered participants the opportunity to transfer their registration fee and accommodation charges to any future editions or related conferences.
